Ayllu
"Lap, has told the government that puts money to enlarge the airport ... the government so far does not respond. The country needs to grow and be modern "
(Dialogue I heard at the Jorge Chavez airport, awaiting the arrival of a relative. Certainly, the country needs of modernity. But few places are involved in)
Hello friends. This time, to relate an experience I had a few days here, very close to Lima, properly in El Callao.
On 21 February, met the ayllu, a town located behind the airport, if we take as reference Elmer Faucett Avenue or in front of the airport, if the reference is Nestor Avenue Gambetta. In fact that 21 was held in the ayllu, a photographic exhibition, which aims to maintain the memory of a population. A photographers' club, composed of local youth, the streets filled with photos of your neighborhood. Outsiders were served by guides with the warmth of your support, allowed us a pleasant journey.
I crossed a bridge over an irrigation ditch. Tasted juicy and honeyed figs. I admired a solitary tree, know as the Tree Lady Sara .... while making the trip, I imagined to be somewhere in the provinces, far from the city ... visible on the horizon a green crops, heard the sound of the leaves, when moved by the wind ... no, it was a remote location, was in town, behind the airport, or in front of him, taken as the reference point.
The airport needs to grow. Is in the modernization and improvement plans to build a second runway to cope with the influx of travelers in constant growth. To grow, the project needs of land which are adjacent to it. These are the grounds of the Ex-Hacienda San Agustín and within it, is located the town: The Ayllu, where dwell many families for many years ... The country needs to grow, but there are civilians, residents of El Ayllu (say countrymen, countrymen ... to say is, they are our countrymen) whose destiny it is necessary to attend the state fair.
exposure allowed me to see great pictures, some glossed with poetic style. In my memory, be that of: La Niña Celery. Or one who writes in his picture: "The part I like my room is the window. When awake, I can see the farm ".... I came to this exhibition and to know of the ayllu, thanks to information from the blog I'll tell . It is I who was searching the Internet, on sites storytelling.
During the photo exhibition, also heard Aircraft Radio, which goes to your heart . Unless the high quality speakers and interviewers. I forgot, also enjoy dry soup ... Chincha.
The afternoon passed quickly. The sun was going to break from their daily work. I said goodbye to my cicerones ... I left the airport behind or in front of him, take the avenue as reference.
Note: The photos that illustrate this post, is the blog Ex-Hacienda de San Agustín .
Greetings friends.
